All transactions are processed and billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price displayed at checkout is the exact amount we will charge. Please note that since our corporate headquarters are located in the United States (Commonwealth of Virginia), some Australian financial institutions or card issuers may occasionally classify the transaction as international and apply minor currency conversion rates or cross-border transaction fees. We recommend checking with your card issuer or bank to understand their specific policies regarding international merchant billing.

To maintain accounting integrity and security, we do not accept alternative manual payment methods. The following methods are strictly excluded from our checkout:

Billing, Taxes & $0 Hidden Fees

We are committed to clear, honest, and predictable pricing. The final amount you pay is calculated according to the following simple formula:

Product Price (inclusive of 10% GST) + Shipping Costs (if applicable) = Final Total Cost

• Product Price: The total price of the items selected, which includes 10% GST.
• Shipping Costs: 8.00 AUD for orders below 89 AUD, or 0.00 AUD (Free Shipping) for orders of 89 AUD and above.
• Final Total Cost: The actual total amount charged to your card at the moment of checkout.

We offer a clear $0 Surcharges policy on all payment transactions. We do not add merchant processing fees, credit card surcharges, service fees, or hidden transaction charges to your invoice. The total amount displayed in your final order summary is the exact amount authorized and charged by MySmokePipe.

Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention

Your payment card is authorized and charged at the moment you click and complete your order at checkout. We do not support deferred billing, lay-by options, or partial payments. All payments must be processed successfully to initiate the order fulfillment and international shipping process.

To ensure transaction safety and prevent unauthorized card use, all orders undergo standard security and fraud prevention checks:

• Billing Address Verification: Please ensure the billing address entered matches the exact address registered with your card issuer. Incomplete or mismatched billing details may cause the transaction to be automatically declined by the banking gateway.
• Payment Failures: If your card is declined, please check that you have sufficient funds, that the card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV code) are entered correctly, and that your card is authorized for online international purchases. If the issue persists, please contact your card issuer directly.
• Fraud Screening: We utilize automated, secure fraud screening to identify high-risk transactions. If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to contact you to verify ownership details before processing, or cancel the transaction entirely to protect the legitimate cardholder.
